If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of these areas, please contact us at contact@ponyloop.com with the item name, quantity, and full shipping address including country and postal code. We will get back to you promptly to confirm if shipping to your country is possible and to inform you of any additional shipping costs.
Delivery
Our team works diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, there may occasionally be longer shipping times. Typically, your order should arrive within 4 to 6 working days after payment has been received.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
